Effe-PLUS platform is an engineering technology primarily designed to solve problems for health supplement ingredients, such as undesirable flavors, poor stability, low bioavailability, inability to disperse in cold water, etc., offering differentiated nutritional health solutions to create competitive advantages for customers.
Effe-PLUS platform mainly includes LipoAvail® Liposomal Technology, EncapCirc® Microencapsulation Technology, and CelleSperse® Micelles Technology. According to their respective characteristics, these technologies can be applied to different active ingredients, such as vitamins, minerals, plant extracts, and various other active ingredients.

While traditional supplement delivery systems often face limitations in bioavailability, EffePharm’s LipoAvail® Liposomal Technology poses a potential solution to overcome these challenges through the liposome manufacturing process. This innovative approach encapsulates active ingredients within liposomes, microscopic spherical structures characterized by a unique bilayer membrane.
Liposomes are composed of phospholipid molecules that are structurally similar to those found in human cell membranes. This biocompatible design features a hydrophilic outer layer and a hydrophobic inner layer. This unique structure facilitates the efficient passage of liposomes through the digestive system and into the bloodstream, thereby enhancing the absorption and utilization of the encapsulated nutrients.

Improved Bioavailability & Absorption
Through the liposome manufacturing process, liposomal technology facilitates enhanced nutrient absorption, resulting in higher bioavailability. The lipid bilayer of LipoAvail® liposomes resembles the structure of intestinal cell membranes, enabling easier absorption and higher bioavailability.
The quality and efficacy of liposomal products are influenced by a multitude of factors, including encapsulation rate, drug loading capacity, nanoparticle size and morphology, and formulation process. LipoAvail® technology is the result of extensive research and optimization, ensuring improved performance in each of these critical areas. Through rigorous testing and advanced electron microscopy, we confirm the quality and uniformity of our liposomes, ensuring the integrity of our products.
